Explanation of 5G

The 5G we are talking about here is not the 5g of mobile phones, but the router. It has nothing to do with the phone at all.
The router has two signals: 5G signal and 2.4G signal. Our device needs to be connected to 2.4G

The difference between 5G signal and 2.4G signal

5G is faster and good for downloads, movie playback, and more.
The 2.4G signal is more stable, with stronger penetration and wider coverage.

Slightly newer routers all support 5G and 2.4G dual-signal mode. But some routers have been successfully set up, and the two signals use the same wifi name. This will cause the smart network distribution function in the APP to be unavailable. Please change to another network configuration mode. Or seek help from routers and our resellers.
